The population of WIlkinsburg, PA has been shrinking since the 1940 census. Because of this, many old, giant, beautiful pieces of public infrastructure are being turned sadly into storage units sat on by developers until gentrification turns them into luxury condos. Come hear stories of financing, acquiring state property, learning with and from the community, and renovating a 100 year old space.
