This lecture will be about understanding the challenges facing People of African Descent in Denmark and how to install structures which provide equal protection regarding racial discrimination.

1. What is the decade of people of african descent.
2. How is the term race utilized within the UN structures
3. What are the UN Cerd recommendations and why is it vital Denmark fully implement them regarding PAD.
4. How self definition is a right of all people and equally important in the empowerment and equal democratic representation of PAD in Denmark.
5. What is intersectionality and how can they be understood and approached.
6. How has denmark failed to implement tools such as equality data regarding ethnicity which aids in the covering up of racial discrimination.
7. What is the Demand Catalog by People of African Descent and Black Europeans.
8. How can others help in the struggle rega rding PAD human and civil rights.

Work shop: Come talk about your own experiences with Anti Black Racism / Afrophobia, Get solutions for how to deal with racism in the work place, kommune, with police, etc.
